WCAG - World Castles Activity Group
1. International club of radiohams "WCAG - World Castles Activity Group" is the voluntary noncommercial organization created on the basis of the common interests.
2. Goals and objectives:
-
organization and implementation of radioexpeditions, days of activity and other actions for popularization of historical objectsrelating to fortification (castles, fortresses, forts etc.) among radio amateurs of the world;
-
information and technical support to radiohams working from fortresses, castles etc;
-
establishment of diplomas (award programs), memorable certificates for work with the historical objects relating to fortification in different regions;
-
advertising and information activity in sphere of WCA program development;
-
establishment of friendly contacts between radio amateurs, clubs and the organizations the interested fortification subjects.
3. Membership:
Membership in WCAG is voluntary, lifelong and free of charge, realized on the basis of the application form which should be sent by post or by e-mail.
4. To be members WCAG can any radiohams, club stations and SWL which:
-
took part in expeditions on castles and fortresses;
-
assisted in implementation of expeditions on castles and fortresses;
-
reside near fortress, castle, fort etc and actively working on the air;
-
fulfiled a conditions of any diploma of any national castles and fortresses award program or conditions of “World Castles” Award (WCA).
5. Each WCAG member gets a membership number and the registered certificate, and has the right to place the WCAG emblem on the QSL-card.
6. Each member has the right to give one's wishes, offers, requests and ideas for development and implementation of WCAG goals and objectives.
7. Each member has the right to leave WCAG off one's own bat.

9. Application form:
Application form for WCAG membership is made in free form but need to specify:

call sign;
-
first and last name;
-
date of birth;
-
participation in expeditions on fortress, castles, forts etc (or residence near these objects) on the national castles and fortresses award program objects list;
-
postal address, e-mail (if there is), homepage (if there is).
